Converted from an SNJ-4 to a T-6C as 48-1368, it was later re-manufactured to T-6G standard and delivered to the USAF in February 1952. It went on to serve with the French Air Force from April 1957 until July 1965. After long term storage it took up its current registration in November 1988 and made its first flight post-restoration on 27th July 1989.
