Built in 1989, first registered in Japan as JA9843, then to New Zealand as ZK-HKQ and then to N788CA before joining Erickson Air Crane Malaysia as 9M-LOG. Has been modfied to AS-350FX at some point, by replacing the original Turbomeca Arriel 1B engine with a Honeywell LTS-101 powerpant.
