Unmarked UH-60A 60 leading a line of three. At the time this picture was made, this Alpha was assigned to the 1-111th Avn Reg/77th CAB. The latter was deployed to support OIR, the fight against terrorism in Iraq and Syria. This 607 was withdrawn from use at Huntsville (AL) by Dec'17. The US Army placed it into its Black Hawk Exchange and Sales Team (BEST) programme. It was then converted to UH-60A+ and left for the Afghan Air Force as 23607. After the Taliban took over the country in 2021, the Black Hawk was seen abandoned in Kabul. Current fate?
