The Difoga 421 was designed by former Koolhoven engineers and built at Difoga (Diepen's Ford Garage) in Bergen op Zoom during the German occupation of the Netherlands. It was conceptually similar to the De Schelde S.20 and the later Fokker F.25 Promotor. Powered by a 95-hp Ford car engine it first flew on 16 May 1946, but never flew again after an emergency landing on 28 August 1946. The PH-NAG registration was requested, but the type never received its CofA and the registration was not officially issued. Photo by: Joep Friezer / Nationaal Archief (Netherlands)
