While on approach to Dakar 9 December 1993 the aircraft was hit by a Gambia Airways NAMC YS-11A which was in a climbing right turn following departure. The collision severed the tail of the Twin Otter, and it crashed into the sea, killing the 3 onboard. Photographer unknown This photo was added on 5 November 2020, and has since been viewed 591 times.
