Built in 1960. Operated by the Soviet Air Force as CCCP-12777. To Wings as CCCP-11322 in 1992. Reregistered as EW-11322 by 1994. Antonov Design Bureau as UR-11322 in 1996 and Scorpion as LZ-MNN in 1999. Scrapped at Sofia in 2011.
