This Phantom of the 17th TRS (hence "17" on the tail), received a white tail in connection to its participation in the 1973 Royal Flush exercise at Florennes. The serial is visible on the nosewheel door. The aircraft was later converted to QRF-4C and lost as such in 2012. This photo was added on 20 October 2020, and has since been viewed 643 times. |
