Built in 1942 as a AT-6D. To the USAF as 42-4451. Later rebuilt as a T-6G. (51-14700) Operated by the French Air Force (serial 114700) and saw service in Algeria 1954-1962. In the 1980's it was mocked up as a zero for a ground sequence in the film "Empire of the Sun." Now being restored by Beech Restorations.
