Regency Airways was a short-lived airline based at Bournemouth (UK) which provided scheduled air service to Alderney (Channel Islands) and Cherbourg (France). G-OREG was delivered to them in Jan 1987. This photograph, just over a year later would suggest that the aircraft is impounded. I have no other info.
