Ordered by Eastern Airlines, but diverted to the US Army Air Force as 43-2007, this DC-3 was with TWA May 1944 - February 1951. The airliner is pictured with Crystal Shamrock who operated it May 1974 - November 1986. The aircraft was destroyed by a tornado while being prepared for new paint in Sherman, TX on August 12 1989.
