The Temco 33 Plebe was developed from the T-35 Buckaroo, itself derived from the Globe Swift. The sole example first flew on 23 August 1953 according to one source. The US Navy ordered the Beech Mentor instead. By 1956 N848B was rebuilt as the Temco 58 armed trainer which was also unsuccessful.
