Seen here in RCN colours somewhere in the Tampa area after a heavy downpour, this Sea Fury owned by John Williams made its first post-restoration flight only two months earlier. Originally WN482 for the Royal Navy but diverted off-contract to the Iraqi AF as '310' in 1953, sadly it crashed at Harlingen on 9.10.81 This photo was added on 31 July 2017, and has since been viewed 242 times. |
