Bradley Flying School was formed in 1946. It became Bradley Air Services in 1950. In 1973 it began to also trade as as First Air but remained registered as Bradley Air Services. This DC-3 later operated with Central Mountain Air Services and was written off 4 Apr 91 when, whilst en route, it crashed onto a frozen lake (Thudate Lake, BC). The flight was flown VFR in daylight with sudden heavy snow squalls.
