I don't recall seeing the main wheel covers on any other Commander. Maybe they were a local modification done on that aircraft only. Built in 1966 and here with its initial operator. Subsequent registrations are D-IBOE, N801RA, N132AT, ZP-TYE, N680PD, N680MH, N11HM & RA-2144G with the last being in 2019.
