Bell V-280 Valor tilt-rotor is designed for the Joint Multi-Role (JMR) Technology Demonstrator (TD) program supporting the Future Vertical Lift (FVL) program of the US Army. The building of the prototype had advanced to about 25% when this company mock up was displayed at HAI Heli-Expo in Louisville. The aircraft first flew on December 18, 2017 and has been undergoing development flight testing in Texas.
