This Tin Goose was demonstrated in Europe during the second half of 1929. Sold to ČSA as OK-FOR in January 1930. Crashed on 22 August 1930 at Jihlava on a Prague - Bratislava - Brno flight as pilot Josef Sedlár manoeuvred to avoid a thunderstorm and a tall chimney. 12 of the 13 people on board were killed; only one Professor Kraus survived.
