This 747F was originally delivered to Air France as F-BPVV in August 1978. It joined Atlas Air in February 1999 but was leased back to Air France for some time as well as to Alitalia. It was returned to operate properly for Atlas in April 2006 and subsequently passed on to Southern Air Transport in June 2007 as N754SA. The plane was withrdrawn in May 2011, ferried to Mohave (MHV) and subsequently scrapped. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
