For me, easily the highlight of Aeroexpo Marrakech were the daily low-level demonstrations by Herks, the first a tanker with a pair of F-5s, the second a locust sprayer and this one in MAFFS firebomber mode. The view from the show area was straight into the sun and I was determined to find a vantage point on the other side. This involved a challenging trek to a spot beyond the civil terminal but I arrived just in the nick of time and was rewarded by a whole sequence of shots like this This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
