The Aerostar was designed and built with the sole aim of winning aerobactic competitions. This is the prototype Aerostar and made its first flight in 1970, leading to a total of ten aircraft produced (9 MK.II and 1 MK.III), and is now on display at the Deutsches Museum - Flugwerft Schleissheim.
