Named "NOAA's Ark" by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, this C-130B was first delivered to the USAF as 58-0731 in 1959, being converted to WC-130B for the weather service in 1970. Reverted to USAF operation as a C-130B in 1982 and sold to South Africa in 1996, where she flew with 28 Sqn as 408 till around 2009
