This fourth CL-215 off the production line was the third of the type for the Province of Quebec. In their fleet from 1968 - 1995, it was sold to the Croatian government (9A-CAB) and later transferred to the Air Force as tanker 822. In 2004 it was sold to become I-SRMA operated by Societa Ricerche Esperienze Meteorologiche (SOREM) for Italy's Protezione Civile. The aircraft, the last piston CL-215 in Italy, was stored in Rome and the registration cancelled by 2013.
