Serving widely in SE Asia, when responsibility for fixed-wing transports switched to the USAF in 1.67 they were re-designated C-7. This example joined the Army in 1.63 and wore the tail-codes 'KC' and 'KA' after allocation to the USAF and later 'GE' with the South Vietnamese AF in 1972. To MASDC 3.76 ('YK').
