When it had been announced that the Patrouille de France would reform on Alphajets, Dassault was only happy to oblige the French to paint one of its prototypes in PdF colours. But which prototype is it? Many sources quote 04. But this aircraft was written off three years earlier. 03 was at Oberpfafenhofen. 01 was undergoing static testing.
