Operated by the 509th BW based at Pease AFB, NH. 'Milk Wagon' nose art has been applied. The aircraft design and engine thrust enabled operations above 60,000 feet exceeding speeds of Mach 2.5. The terrain following radar was unique in its ability to fly the aircraft over obstacles as low as 200 feet, at speeds of Mach 1.1.
