Starting up for another mission, this magnificent fire bomber was completing her nineteenth year of service with T & G at the photo date. She began her career in 1957 with Delta airlines and received that company's classic livery again after the summer of '99. Ten years later I saw her like that down south with International Air Response at Coolidge, AZ, where she still resides.
