Amateur-built 1997 by R J Cook of Glasgow. From 2007 - 2025 registered to and flown by a selection of owners in the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. Permit revoked and registration cancelled by CAA on 2 May 2025.

This aircraft was damaged beyond economical repair at RAF Wyton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, on 4th July 2018 when on landing the aircraft hit a bump on the runway and the nosewheel detached, resulting in damage to the engine and propeller. The registration was cancelled on 13th March 2019.
