4-A-138, serial no. 76-100-343, ex-FAB AT-26/4561, commissioned on 3/08/1976, acquired by the Argentine Navy on 12/07/1983, transferred to the Naval Aviation School as 0785/1-A-138 in 1984. Transferred to the 1st Naval Attack Squadron as 0785/4-A-138, crashed on the runway after being struck by the Super Etendard 3-A-202 when it crashed to the ground on 29/05/1996. Repaired with components from 4-A-133. Decommissioned in April 2005, and subsequently, in May 2013, donated to the municipality of Chascomús.
