Transall C-160R R212 (F-RAGL) of EEA01.054 'Dunkerque' (BA105 Évreux) has been painted in this splendid commemorative scheme for a farewell tour of 24 locations in France over 20 days, dropping parachutists at several places and ending at Orléans on 3rd April. Seen at Grenoble departing for the small GA airfield at Le Versoud near the downtown city. I'd been waiting there for it to arrive during a drive home from Italy when I learned it had landed at the main airport as originally planned, but had briefly gone tech. So back to GNB/LFLS... just in the nick of time!
