Mike Hartman was at 22I for this year's show as well, and once again put on a stunning performance you'd never expect from a 4-seat aircraft. Built in 1947.

Departing after the end of the airshow. As the reg and paintjob suggest, this aircraft was once part of the Ohio State University's fleet of trainers, being sold off sometime between 2021 and 2023. The aircraft was involved in an accident at West End Airport (MYGW) in the Bahamas on 21 April 2024, reportedly suffering damage to her wings; she must have been repaired in the interim.

Providing shade for spectators waiting for the airshow. Last unit is quoted by Forgotten Jets as the 87th FIS at Lockbourne AFB in September 1968, though that was not an Ohio ANG unit. She spent some time preserved at Lockbourne AFB before coming to Vinton County for display (though the same source quotes time at the USAF Museum in Dayton as well.) Weirdly enough, the next T-33 in serial sequence (57-0587) is displayed in Flagler, Colorado, where I photographed her 15 years prior.
