During the celebration of N8640E's flight across the Atlantic to the Paris Air Show 50 years before, I had the sudden brainwave to attempt to recreate Mick Bajcar's photo in this database of this bird at Le Bourget, those 50 years ago. Checking against the original via my phone, this is the result, albeit with a slightly different backdrop (and an open cabin door.) Decal markings and a replica board with the itinerary were recently added to 40E as part of the commemoration; the original itinerary board is on display in the museum's hangar.
