This Mi-8 was originally reported with MAP Kazan VPO as CCCP-13337 in January 1973. In July 1991 it was flying with Crystal and by July 1996 it had been re-registered UR-13337. In October 2006 it was flying with Karpaty-Avia based at Uzhhorod (UDJ) but by July 2013 it was noted in storage in poor condition at this museum. Time has been kind as the helicopter has since undergone a beautiful restoration and has recently been placed on display wearing its original Soviet registration. Note it carries the name Stanislav on the port side.

A hotline with Moscow? Nine-seat salon (VIP) interior.

First flown in 1972, this Mi-8P has a nine-seat salon (VIP) interior and according to a Russian source its designation is Mi-8P(S). When seen in the summer of 1991 at Moscow - Tushino, while still CCCP-13337, it was already wearing the now faded titles of Crystal, a Ukrainian operator from Simferopol.
