Manfred Pflumm is well known for building replica aircraft which are featured in museums across Germany. This Do-335 has never been completed. Only one original aircraft exists (in the Udvar-Hazy Centre). The type was a WWII heavy fighter with a pusher and pull props. It was fast but few entered service before the war finished.
