Originally built as Bell H-13H-BF 'Sioux' (58-6984) and redesignated as OH-13H in 1962. 3B-HA was delivered to the Austrian Air Force in October 1960 as part of the MDAP program (Mutual Defense Assistance Program). This Sioux was withdrawn from use on February 21, 1966.
