The Scanliner is the observation version of HB-23 with a bubble canopy and provision to carry Forward-Looking InfraRed thermographic camera (FLIR) or Low-Light TV (a type of electronic sensing device, usually a CCD camera) pods under the wings. This example was nicely parked at beautiful LOAB as i passed by.
