The standard trainer of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) is the Nanchang CJ-6A (PT-6A). Although the type is still heavily used, this example with serial CT-183 made its way to the excellent museum at Ratmalana.

Correct serial is CT183. Since fully restored, reportedly as a composite airframe also using parts of CT180. At time of upload the aircraft is displayed in the blue and yellow colour scheme currently worn by the fleet of SLAAF PT-6As in use with 1 Flight Training Wing at Trincomalee/China Bay.
