One of the huge fleet of King Air variants operated by Dynamic Aviation. Only 38 of the B200T variant, configured for maritime patrol, aerial survey or reconnaissance, were built and this one was originally delivered to the Japan Coast Guard as JA-8817 in 1980. More recently it has been operating in the UK as 2-WKTR.

Previously N60587, taken on strength new by the Japan Maritime Safety Agency (Coast Guard) as JA8817 in 1980. Joined the Dynamic Aviation Group Inc of Bridgewater, Virginia in 2005 as N45E. Re-registered as N45U with Dynamic AvLease Inc in 2012. Leased to the US Army for a period from 2013.

Aircraft flys using the "INTEL 24" callsign and is usually seen flying above wildfires for mapping purposes of acreage involved as well as other functions. Initially flown with the Japanese Coast Guard as JA8817 and then its next service was with the United States Army before landing with Dynamic Aviation.
