Built for the USAAF as 43-48406, later to D-18 (Czechoslovak AF) OK-WZA, D-CABE (ntu) 4X-AOA (ntu) and French Navy '6' with EPV 56S. Sold to Basler in 1985, converted to a BT-67 (conversion N°14) and delivered to the Policia Nacional de Colombia as PNC-0211 on February 2, 1993. Written off in a ground explosion at Medellín-Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport (EOH) 26th February 2009.

Registered to Basler Flight Services Sep 85 ex French Navy "6" with EPV 56S. Converted to BT-67 Nov 92. To Policia Nacional de Colombia on 12 Feb 93 as PNC-0211. Written off Medellin (Colombia) 18 Feb 2009. An explosion occurred as policemen were boarding the plane. The fuselage ruptured and the airplane broke in two. Media reports suggested the explosion was caused by the inadvertent detonation of one or more gas grenades used by ESMAD. The remains of this aircraft were used to rebuild BT-67 C-GEAI which suffered an accident in Antarctica in December 2012.
