In May 2010 this aircraft was transferred to the US register as N738W but remained based in Austria. On 30-09-2012 it departed Innsbruck on a VFR flight plan for Valencia but shortly after take-off it impacted cloud-covered terrain killing the pilot and five passengers, two other passengers on board were seriously injured. I couldn't locate an official accident report but there was some speculation online at the time as to whether the aircraft was overweight and the pilot correctly licensed.
