On the afternoon of 15 November 2007 A340-600 F-WWCJ, which was destined to become A6-EHG with Etihad Airways, was undergoing ground tests at the Airbus facility at Toulouse Airport. Unfortunatly due to a culmination of mistakes during the testing of the brakes the aircraft ended up and partly over the wall of the engine test bay. Luckily everyone on board survived but the aircraft was written-off and later broken up.
