Visiting from its Parry Sound/ON (CNK4) base is this 2008 built Lancair Columbia. Interestingly it was initially registered as C-GKLM to one John de Ruiter. TC show this as manufactured by Cessna so it must have been made before the type was renamed as Cessna 240. Strangely the current owner address is Victoria since 2019, yet it has never visited before now.
