Built and first delivered to the Abu Dhabi AF in September of 1978 with serial 309. In 1995, it went to Indonesia and was operated by the Indonesian Army (TNI-AD) as from 1998, after having carried the indonesian test registration AX-5004 during work carried out at IPTN in Bandung. One of only two DHC-5's operated by the "Ankatan Darat", the other being A-9122. A-9121 is seen here back at IPTN Bandung, after being withdrawn from use around 2007.
