Some hour drive from Kabul, a real massive scrapyard of the Afghan Army was found. Only a few sandy paths were cleared from land mines and other booby traps. I was able to drive around this pile of debris, but it was impossible to leave the sandy path. This photo shows an An-32 nose section, and most probably wings of an An-2, but I couldn't reach these wrecks for a further inspection. This is almost certainly the nose section of Antonov 32 serial 338.

Some hour drive from Kabul, a real massive scrapyard of the Afghan Army was found. Only a few sandy paths were cleared from land mines, so I couldn't reach this wreckage for an inspection of the type and construction number. It is possible that the debris surrounding 338 did not belong to 338 itself.
