This all black Mi-2 is a bit of a mystery. According to helicopter-database.de it has had several previous identities, including UR-23649 with the Ukraine AF from 1993 until 1999 and LA-23649 with Chaika Avia Company from 2001 until 2002. In 2003, it came to France, first still in its orginal largely white colourscheme, but as of 2004 in an all black scheme as RA-1149K. Since 2022 it has this Republic of Moldova registration, but why? The original ER-20257 was wfu in Moldova with the registration cancelled in 2015. Or is this the latter? (with c/n 547215071).

Rotorspot list two instances of ER-20257, with this one flagged as fake - it is safe to assume that this is ex RA-1149K, the black Mi-2 that used to sit at Lognes - Emerainville on the other side of Paris.
