Information is sketchy. However, this was previously YV-291C with Aero B Venezuela from October 1977. It was sold on to a private individual in 1980 or early 1981, and was then seized in early 1981 at Vero Beach FL on a drug run with this false reg N444BB. The aircraft was sold by the authorities to Gold Coast Air Leasing in Jun 1981 and became N9061Y.

Crudely applied registration. Close inspection of the photograph reveals a faint registration which ends in 44BB on the rear fuselage, which is a remnant of fake registration N444BB worn by this aircraft in 1981 for drugs trafficking (see here).
