This Midget is the two-seat training version of the MiG-15 fighter jet. The first four MiG-15UTIs for the Hungarian People's Army arrived at Tököl in 1951 with 49 in total of the type serving until final retirement in1974. This example is on display at the very nice RepTár Szolnoki Repülőmúzeum.

The MiG-15UTI was built in huge numbers as a general advanced trainer. This one is preserved in the museum at Szolnok which is quite nice. Situated 100 km east of Budapest, it is also easy to get to by train and city bus.
