The one and only Sopwith Wallaby was built to win the prize for the first UK-Australia flight. It departed in October 1919 and made slow progress before crashing on Bali in April 1920. G-EAKS was shipped on to Australia and later registered G-AUDU. Accurate details of the landing ground at Bandar Abbas in 1920 are not known.
