The Indian Coast Guard shows how formation flying is done in perfect synchrony before Prime Minister Modi on the opening day at Aero India 2023. The ICG ALH Mk.III has a nose-mounted surveillance radar, E/O pod, Breeze Eastern winch, Trakkabeam high-intensity searchlight and automatic deployable emergency locator transmitter (ADELT). It can be equipped with a SIKA quick conversion modular intensive care unit (MICU) kit that can be fitted or removed in 15-30 min without modifying the helicopter structure.
