When I first saw this YS in 2006, it was immaculate, having just been painted in these colours. BIMP-EAGA stands for Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines - East Asean Growth Area, and you can see the flags of those four nations on the tail. How it's deteriorated since!
