Third Dash 8 prototype, built in 1983. Initially operated by de Havilland Canada as a demonstrator, and subsequently by a number of Canadian airlines (Air BC, Air Atlantic, City Express, Air Alliance, Air Canada Regional, Air Canada Jazz), Freedom Airlines, Delta Connection, and EP Eviation. Since 2013, stored in Malta, currently at the Medavia aircraft maintenance facility at Safi Aviation Park where was used as a spare parts source.

The hulk of this Dash 8 lingers on at Medavia's Safi facilities.

Ex-EP Aviation. Probably never flew again after this date; stripped for parts and airframe still at Safi at time of posting.

Seemingly in storage at the Medavia facility. Unfortunately the fence makes photographing the full aircraft impossible, so a crop had to be the solution.
