Built in 1981 for Air Virginia as N749AV. To facilitate the US sale, several modifications were made in compliance with FAR Part 25, hence the 'FAA' suffix to the version. Later operated by SATA Air Açores as CS-TAQ and here still in basic livery. At this time Calm Air was a Canadian Airlines partner and so adopted their tail markings. Cancelled in 2018 having previously been scrapped.
